At Life Veda Institute, we place great importance on your satisfaction with our products. Due to the digital nature of our goods and live consultations, we typically do not offer refunds. Therefore, we kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase.
A refund will be issued upon request if made within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the product has not yet been downloaded, dispatched, allocated to an astrologer for scheduling, or the consultation has not yet taken place. Refund requests made after this time frame will be considered on an individual basis and may be granted at our discretion.

The deadlines stated on the website are approximate. Although we make every effort to meet them, there may be delays due to the manual preparation of reports by our team and astrologers. Although we make every effort to deliver on time, delays do not entitle you to a refund.
Refunds will not be granted for inaccuracies resulting from customer-provided data. We urge you to verify all information upon entry. However, if you contact us at info@life-veda.com within an hour of ordering the report, we may consider requested changes.
The services and products provided by Life Veda Institute are not designed to replace emotional or medical treatments. Instead, they are presented as a service, and we do not take responsibility for the precision or dependability of astrological influences on human physiology. Customers bear full responsibility in this regard, and refunds will not be granted based on this premise.
Life Veda Institute is responsible for handling any damage caused to products during shipment to the customer. Refunds will not be provided for products damaged during return shipment to Life Veda Institute and the customer assumes full responsibility in such cases.
Although life-veda.com endeavors to ensure that the products showcased on the website are delivered to the customer in their original condition, slight variations from the actual product may occur. Customers are advised to use their best judgment in this regard. No refunds will be given for such discrepancies.
Any refunds will be provided after the deduction of transaction fees imposed by the bank and/or payment gateway, shipping or courier expenses (round trip), customs duties and any other administrative costs incurred by Life Veda Institute in processing or providing the service, as may be applicable.
Multiple payments for the same order will be fully refunded (without deduction of transaction fees for duplicate payments), except for the cost of a single order.
We aim to complete all refund processes within 7 working days of receipt of the request. However, the timing of the refund will depend on the processing time of the bank and payment gateway after the refund has been initiated.
