About the Head Astrologer
The lessons are provided by Aleksandra Klemenc, founder of the Life Veda Institute, a school for Jyotish and Ayurveda. During the Jyotish Ayurveda course, you are introduced to 12 Lagna rashis, representing person types, and their health strengths or health problems they are prone to. You will learn how to address these issues from an Ayurvedic perspective for each Lagna rashi type. Nutrition, herbs, essences, and treatments are of great value for harmonizing the body and improving health.
Enriched with the ability to determine Prakritti – body dosha - metabolic system from a person’s astrological chart, you will understand its characteristics and how it functions. The sheet with a list of food nutrition for each dosha will deepen your understanding of how to maintain the dosha in balance.
